A little bit about me…
- I have been hunting and fishing my whole life and it never loses its excitement for me.
- I credit my Grand-father with instilling a love of the outdoors in me at an early age.
- I’ve worked in Salmon camps in Alaska and hunted Caribou and Dall sheep in the Alaska Range.
- I have a background in Wildlife Ecology and Fisheries.
- Growing up most of my weekends were spent Pheasant or Deer hunting near the South Dakota border.
- One of my favorite things about this job is that I learn new things from everyone I guide. I also enjoy the aspect of meeting people from all over the world and from different walks of life who all share a love of the outdoors.
- I enjoy many outdoor sports including: Hunting, fishing, mountain biking, white water kayaking, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and just about anything else that doesn’t require being indoors.
- I love bluegrass music and folk music…I also enjoy playing bluegrass guitar.
- I feel very fortunate to call Ely home, and I’m thankful to be able to live and work in such a beautiful place.
